Stay strong…stay positive

So here we are, it’s February, the start of another month in Lockdown. Sadly we don’t have any magic wands or crystal balls but we can update you on our thoughts about opening, weddings, and getting out of this mess!!

We understand that the Government will be reviewing the whole covid situation mid February and once they’ve looked at the figures, the infections, hospitalisations, vaccinations and the trending and the all important ‘R’ rate…then they will announce their roadmap to recovery on 22nd February.

Hopefully that will give us estimated dates for schools returning, non essential shops re-opening and weddings and events to take place and the numbers allowed at those events. We know that will be a crucial point for many of you with weddings booked in March to June and we feel its those weddings that are more likely to be affected and decisions like ‘Do I go ahead with the limited numbers?’ or ‘Do I postpone to a date when I can have the guest list I want?’ will be foremost in your head. It’s not easy!

We will be working towards your dates for fittings etc. unless we hear otherwise from you and we will be in touch with you to discuss your date if it is currently booked for March to June to book in fittings as soon as we are allowed to open.
